    Dear sir and madam,

I would like to inquire about the problem about the configuration of Guest Access right in window XP. I have followed the manual to set the Guest Access right to be DENY ACCESS in the NAS Server. So that the users' name and password can be activated in the window XP when the user try to access the share folder.

I can access the server folder after I type the system IP in the 'RUN' command window in XP. Then I try to access the folder I created, the "User Login Window" comes up, I enter my user name and password, but the strange things happened, I sure that the user name and password is definitly right but the Login Window is just keep coming up everytime I enter my name and password. Eventually I can't access the file. But I would change the guest access right to FULL ACCESS. Then I would enter the file with no limitations. However, for the security purpose, I have to set up the users, users group and password for the those files.

Everything seems to work properly! the NAS is ONLINE, I can ping the NAS, Upload files to the NAS using FTP, but I can't access the files on the NAS by Windows!

    Your help is highly appreciated...

    Best regards
    Bernard Ma
