I have a Seagate now and see that it allows me to remotely access it from work. The upload limit however is 2G. Are there any NAS devices that exceed that limit? Which NAS devices provide the best remote capability?

Hi ejudqie- with your purposes you might not even need a NAS. If you are using Windows, you can simply do use Windows Remote Desktop to connect to your PC at home and do a regular copy and paste of files between your work computer and home PC. Other remote control products are also available for free such as Teamviewer and Logmein that can also do file transfers.

Yea, I wasn't sure if I could use remote desktop to access my PC at work from my PC at home due to firewall restrictions.
I ended up trying Teamviewer and that seems to give me what I need . Thanks for the suggestions.
Assuming I wanted to go the NAS route which one provides the best remote capability?
