The Zyxel NSA320 seems to have the best reviews, so I'd go with that one. It's pretty cool that it can also run BitTorrent and emule on it. It doesn't seem to have the best backup software, so you probably make to make sure you already have a good one. Amazon seems to have a good price for it:
