I am looking for a NAS device to attached to a small business server for backup. There are so many choices out there, and though I've been reading reviews, I'd like to you all for your input.
This is for a new office that will have between seven and fifteen people. They'll have small business server. And my budget is between $750 and $1500. I am looking for a means to back up and store data.
Ideas?

Depends on the capacity you need. For $750~1500 you can consider :
Thecus N4100Pro ( $400) +
4 x 1.5TB hard drive ( $520) in Raid 5 configuration, which will give you 3 TB usable space.
Or you can upgrade to 4 x 2TB hard drives. |
