This product has one HUGE flaw. It doesn't accurately return the "Last Modified" time/date. The last 10 or more bits of that field are not faithfully reproduced.

The result is that you can't easily use this product as a target for incremental backups. If you do, then you will end up copying about 1/3 of your files (typically thousands) each time you do a backup (instead of the 5 to 10 files you modified today).

I love how I can access my files remotely and the large storage this has. I had to replace a drive and I did it without taking it off!


Definitely worth the price!
